Often referred to as "Registering within the Supply Chain" this service avoids the EU chemical importer from having to register under REACH.
This web-browser service maintains confidentiality of sensitive business information throughout the supply chain while enabling the Only Representative (OR) acting on behalf of the non-EU manufacturer to gather export data necessary for REACH compliance.
